Why can't we be friends? ...With HOBBS AND SHAW

After eight successful entries of vehicular mayhem, the FAST & FURIOUS franchise delivers its first spin-off this summer with HOBBS AND SHAW. Taking the best characters from the latter half of the franchise and transplanting them into their own contained story is genius and today's trailer only solidifies this as one of the most important movies of 2019.
Not really, but this does look like an absolute riot. It's fun to note here too the inclusion of alternate universe James Bond, Idris Elba, and the fact that his character seems to be bringing some very welcome sci-fi elements to the series with a spunky new super-suit.
